A delightful, tasty, tantalizing evening with superb food and wonderful entertainment!  My friends and I wanted a special evening together learning about new cooking techniques and recipes. You produced an evening we will always remember--learning the secrets of spring rolls, trying out different sauces and stuffing's, and savoring the results of our own cooking talents highlighted by the performance of an outstanding executive chef who made a complex Asian fusion meal effortlessly.  It's hard to imagine a better way to spend time with good friends, great food, and wonderful wines.

Thank you so much for making our two important events so special for us.  Your staff, your executive chef, the menu, everything was outstanding. Both the baby shower and Christening turned out to be spectacular in every way due to your attention to detail and planning.  Our first grandchild was welcomed in style!  My daughter and son-in-law said both events were perfect. You and your staff went above and beyond to make these once in a lifetime events so special and memorable for us.  We didn't have to worry about the detail because you took care of everything for us. This weekend when the weather turned unseasonably warm,  your staff even procured umbrellas for our guests when the rental stores were closed. 

At both events, the guests were very impressed with the presentation, fresh, creative menu and your professional staff.  They made sure my 96 year old aunt always had a full plate, which we very much appreciated. The little, thoughtful touches really count and all contribute to the delightful atmosphere you create. We are looking forward to you and your staff turning our son's wedding into another extraordinary event this summer. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Reggie and I want to thank you for putting together an outstanding event for our wedding!  We are back from Europe and the compliments are still pouring in!  I have to say that, as promised, I didn't worry about ANYTHING during the entire event. The food, flowers and overall coordination were above and beyond our expectations!   It was wonderful and turned out just beautifully.  We and our guests had so much fun.  My friend who caught the bouquet said the flowers were good until just a few days ago.

The entire night went very smoothly. We could not sing your praises loud or long enough. From the very beginning, you said that you would handle every detail, and you did. We researched so many wedding coordinators (as most newly engaged couples do) before meeting you. However, the personal attention that we received from you the moment that we met convinced us that your company was the right fit for us. Your staff is extremely friendly and clean-cut, your food is fantastic, and your attention to detail is profound! We were also very appreciative that you were at our wedding to oversee every detail like a guardian angel. Our wedding day was PERFECT!

Just the other day we were at another wedding (out of town) and one of the guests that was there, who also attended ours, told us that our wedding was by far the best they’d been to and that they had never had wedding food as tasty as ours!!! With little more than a week's notice you and the amazing staff put together two incredible evenings of food and ambiance that my guests are still talking about!  The menus were delicious, the flowers were perfect, my house looked like it could have been in a magazine layout for the best outdoor catered dining experience in San Diego, and the best part was all I had to do was give you a call. I can't thank you enough for taking the stress out of entertaining. I thoroughly enjoyed my own party! I cannot thank you and your staff enough for your assistance with helping to create a very successful Rady Children's Hospital CME breakfast and "Kids Health Fiesta". Many of the 100 physicians commented on the fabulous breakfast that you and your staff prepared on site.

I would like to write this letter of recommendation for Events by Christopher... I worked with Jamie on every detail for my son’s first communion champagne brunch. Not one detail was missed that I asked for. Everything was perfect. The food was tasty and the presentation was beautiful.

Everyone who worked that day were courteous and made the day fun for my guests. The staff blended well with my guests and always made sure everyone had everything they needed. We had a great day! I will definitely use Events by Christopher again for future parties and so should you!

I cannot thank you enough for all of your time, help and support with our Doctors' Day event.  Not only was your team remarkable, you were so nice to work with! The calla lilies that you arranged in the martini shakers were so beautiful...they were the perfect centerpieces.  I also cannot go without mentioning how calm you were in reorganizing the room, the hotel didn't do a thing that we asked of them. I surely would not have been so calm and collected!
